IPA

Brewed in honour of International Women's Day 2025, the recipe was designed by our female taproom staff Gus and Ruby and brewed by women working across hospitality venues in Worcester. We used an accelerated yeast in a nod to this year's theme 'accelerate action'. With its coppery hue, it delivers all of the characteristics of a great IPA with hints of pine, apricot and prominent bitterness. 50p from every can purchased will be donated to local charity The DAWN project.

  • Malts: Maris Otter, Dextrin, Cara, Extra Light Crystal, Melanoidin

  • Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Ernest 

  • Yeast: High Voltage

  • Adjuncts: apricot puree

  • ABV: 6.5%

The Copper Beech Brewing company believes in supporting the local community wherever possible. We do not charge a delivery fee, however, if you would like to make a donation for a local food bank then we will collect this from you at the time of delivery. We then sort and take your donations to a local food bank the following week. Below you will find a list of items the local food bank are in short supply of. We will take any donations which do not include these items but if you are adding something to your weekly shop to donate, please refer to the list below. Please note these items will be updated with each Copper Beech Brew release and may change from month to month.
