On 7th February 2022 at 10.06pm we welcomed our Daughter Delilah Wren Lawson into the world!
It seemed only right that as our Copper Beech family tree has gained a new leaf, our next beer would be dedicated to her.
Family Tree is a hazy New England Pale Ale with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel and bursting flavours of pink grapefrut - incidently, the comparable size of a growing foetus at 23 weeks, also known as 'viability week' when chances of survival dramatically increase should premature birth occur!
This is a delicious addition to the Copper Beech family and we hope you'll be as taken with it as we are with our new arrival 😊😊
