India Pale Ale

A crisp India Pale that achieves its characteristics through the yeast selected and the bitterness extracted from the hop bill of Azacca, Mosaic and Citra. Whilst it has a prominent bitterness you will get notes of Mango, Pineapple and Passion Fruit through a double dry hop, achieving a wonderfully balanced and refreshing beer.

  • Malts: Extra Pale, Carapils, Flaked Barley, Wheat Malt and Torrified Wheat

  • Hops: Azacca, Citra and Mosaic

  • Yeast: US-05

  • ABV: 6.4%

  • Package: 440ml Can

Water, barley, wheat, hops, yeast. Suitable for Vegans, unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised. (Allergens in bold).

The Copper Beech Brewing company believes in supporting the local community wherever possible. We do not charge a delivery fee, however, if you would like to make a donation for a local food bank then we will collect this from you at the time of delivery. We then sort and take your donations to a local food bank the following week. Below you will find a list of items the local food bank are in short supply of. We will take any donations which do not include these items but if you are adding something to your weekly shop to donate, please refer to the list below. Please note these items will be updated with each Copper Beech Brew release and may change from month to month.
