One Night in Laguna

One Night In Laguna

A style that has become increasingly popular, yet infuriating to master. This New England IPA is our take on this modern classic. A huge malt bill that consists of extra pale malt, complimented by wheat and flaked barley gives it the body and ABV. The hops were carefully selected in order to get the tropical notes befitting of the style and the memory we have named it after. On the hot side, we have used Rakau, with Amarillo and Citra in the whirlpool. Then on the dry hop we have added a healthy dose of Rakau, BRU-1, Citra and Amarillo.

South Pointing Fish

This mellow, hazy blonde ale has been brewed purely to showcase British hops, namely Jester and Olicana. This duo gives us an interesting flavour profile that includes stone fruit and soft grapefruit. You may get hints of tropical fruits as well such as Mango or Passion fruit. We have used Maris Otter and Carapils to maintain a straw-like appearance and smooth body. This beer is very sessionable and perfect for a Spring evening!

This rich, bold and toasty stout gets its complexity from Roasted Barley, Wheat, and Chocolate Malts, which are layered over a Maris Otter base. To bring out ‘jaffa’ notes, we have added baked cacao nibs and fresh orange peel to enhance the flavour profile of the Minstrel and First Gold Hops.
